By using Canova, you retain full ownership of all images you create. Our service is provided as-is for commercial and personal use. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate our acceptable use policy or engage in fraudulent activity.

Canova may not be used to generate deceptive, harmful, or illegal content. We prohibit the creation of misleading product imagery intended to defraud consumers, counterfeit luxury goods, or violate intellectual property rights.

You retain all rights to images you create with Canova. We claim no ownership over your output. However, you are responsible for ensuring you have rights to any source images you upload.
